For us, communication founded on trust and partnership goes without saying. We pay special attention to Generations Y and Z here. As part of his MBA, our founding partner Joachim Ernst wrote a master’s thesis on this entitled “Managing Generations Y and Z in structured financial services sales in the German-speaking region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland”. And our founding partner Till Müller took a university certificate course in personnel psychology, focusing on personnel selection in the context of digitalisation with special emphasis on digital media and social networks. We engage in regular further training, which gives us valuable insights that we systematically integrate into our daily work.
